If you have any enquiries or have problems with your trade, you are more than welcome to email us. All emails will be replied in our working hour, from 9am-5pm week days. Your email will be replied at our earliest convenience. Normally our system will dispatch a confirmation email after a trade has been established, if you don't receive any emails from us, please check your junk mail box.

Delivery:

We dispatch goods as soon as payment is cleared. We use courier economy for middle to big sized items and use overnight delivery for bag deliveries. Economy delivery will take 2-3 working days to arrive, with overnight courier delivery; you are able to get the item(s) in the next working day. Please note, if an item is dispatched on Friday, the earliest time you will receive it is on the coming Monday. We will also send you a confirmation email to help you trace your parcels.

Payment:

Our system will send automatic payment method into your email Inbox, please check your email once you win a product from us. We accept bank deposit, online bank transfers or paypal. Please read payment instruction carefully and make sure you put the correct reference number in when you make payment. Lack of information may delay your parcel. It takes one working day for payment to show up. One important thing is bank updates transactions from every Tuesday to Friday. If your payment is made on Sat or Sun, it will show up on Tuesday instead of Monday, so please arrange your payment time wisely.

Payment methods:

Payment Instructions are automatically sent, please do it in full within 3 working days. Please ensure that you include the exact reference number on all bank deposits to avoid confusion. It may take a couple of days for your payment to appear, especially if payments are made over the weekend or public holidays.

Layby:

A 20% deposit of the total price is required within 5 working days. Then, we ask you to make regular weekly payments over 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks depending on the total spend. Your goods will be dispatched as soon as we receive your final payment.

Pickups:

We do not allow pickups unless specified on the auction.

Courier Deliveries:

All courier and post packages are sent the same or next working day after payment is received.

If using standard post please avoid using business addresses where mail may get redirected. If in doubt we recommend selecting the courier option. Signatures not required on delivery. Dispatch confirmation is sent by email the morning your item is sent.

GST Tax Invoices:

We are a GST registered company and tax invoices are provided on request.

Warranty Policy:

If the listing does not specify any warranty information then we automatically provide a One Year return to base warranty.

The buyer must report any faults to us by email within 48 hours of identification. Xtreme Tech reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.

The buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty product to Xtreme Tech .

Contact must be made directly with Xtreme Tech for approval prior to returning.

Xtreme Tech will replace or repair where possible and refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.

Xtreme Tech will cover postage back to buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.

Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.

Warranty valid in New Zealand only.

Warranty only covers hardware problems. Usage problems such as a virus, windows operations, or software that we provide as free service are NOT covered.

Warranty does not cover the consumption of products such as battery's, blank discs etc.

30 days warranty applies on Ex-Lease Products, such as PC's, LCD's etc.

7 day warranty applies on Second-hand products.

Cancellation

If you do not wish to complete a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel your purchase prior to the package being shipped, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be stopped in time. If an order has already been shipped, simply refuse the package when it arrives or return the package to sender if the courier delivers the package. Shipping and handling paid is non-refundable on order cancellations.
