Warranty Policy:
If the listing does not specify any warranty information then we automatically provide a 18 months return to base warranty for brand new item, three months warranty for ex-leased item such as PC's, LCD's, laptop, printer, etc .
The buyer must report any faults to us by email within 48 hours of identification. Xtreme Tech reserves the right to refuse claims that are made after this time frame.
The buyer has the responsibility and expense of sending back the faulty product to Xtreme Tech .
Contact must be made directly with Xtreme Tech for approval prior to returning.
Due to Licensing and Copyright law and regulations, software is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Removal of any seals, tampering or similar unauthorised or inappropriate consumables use voids the warranty.
Xtreme Tech will replace or repair where possible and refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.
Xtreme Tech will cover postage back to buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
Warranties are not transferable beyond the original buyer.
Warranty valid in New Zealand only.
Warranty only covers hardware problems. other problems such as consumables, virus, windows operations, or software that we provide as free service are NOT covered.
Warranty does not cover the consumables of products such as battery's, blank discs, toner, drum, ink, fuser, roller, belt kit.
All goods returned are subject to a restocking fee. Retail returns incur a minimum 20% fee. Goods cannot be returned for a refund after 7 days from invoice date.
